Little Rowans

Open plan living split over two floors, and flooded with light.  Bi-fold doors create your own unique inside outside space, with a secluded garden of your own to relax in. For those chilly evenings and colder winter days, there’s a log burning stove, underfloor heating and everything you need to stay cosy and warm after a day exploring the North Cornish coastline.

The bedroom upstairs offers an oasis of light and space with a seating area, super-king size bed and ensuite bathroom. In the morning, look out from the Juliette balcony on to the open fields and beyond.

The cottage has its own off-road parking, wi-fi and, all linens are provided. We’ve also now had a brand new electric powerpoint (Type 2 7kw) installed outside the property, for anybody travelling with an electric vehicle! If you’re looking for a relaxed holiday, look no further and, we have enhanced our cleaning protocols to keep you safe and have peace of mind when you book. Stay Information

I arrive in Bude early in the morning, what time can I check in?

Little Rowans will be ready any time after 16.00 hrs on the day. We will greet you on arrival and make sure you know everything there is to know in order to enjoy your stay.

Can we get food at Little Rowans?

We provide seasonal dishes that you can order for Little Rowans. Going out for the day? No need to worry, we will pop them in fridge ready for your return. Menus will be available on arrival.

We're looking for a beach holiday, are you close by?

We are situated in Poughill which is around a 3/4 minute drive to the nearest beach, Crooklets. We also have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world all within a 20 minute radius, so we can advise when you arrive!

Are we able to secure a holiday with a small deposit?

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance require the full charge at the time of booking.

Can we charge our electric car anywhere?

Yes! We’ve recently had an electric powerpoint (Type 2 7KW) installed outside the property, ready for when you arrive!
